| Rainbow Bridge

I found Samantha (Sammy) at the ASPCA in New York City eight years ago and she's been my sweet little girl for the last nine years.

For the past six months she's been very sick with an enlarged heart and last Friday (8/15/08) she succumbed to her illness. She was the light of my life and will forever be in my heart. I will miss her meowing, the way she followed me around and her adorable face.

Until we meet again, my sweet girl..... I love you

So sorry for your loss of Sammy. I have many pets but I take it very hard when one dies, especially if they die before their time. What a wonderful thing you did adopting from the ASPCA. You gave Sammy a second chance at life and Sammy knew until the end that it was loved.
